Interesting that the Board has not provided more information on the proposed replacement Directors, so pulled the following off the web.

Look like very capable people with Glenda McLoughlin and Michael O'Brien already having about 13 years prior experience with Metgasco. So they should know which way is up. I think I have picked the right Stuart Glenn, but could be incorrect. He has a very good background to add value and independence.

No wonder the Board wants to limit distribution of this information as it shows a much broader experience with small companies and CSG development than the current Esso club Board and management.

    Glenda McLoughlin

Director, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Metgasco 2004 – 2012 (8 years)

Director, Investment Banking, Head of Utilities & Infrastructure Group Barclays Capital, April 1999 – April 2001 (2 years 1 month)

Vice President, Investment Banking Morgan Stanley, May 1994 – February 1998 (3 years 10 months) Melbourne & Singapore

Associate Director, Investment Banking Credit Suisse First Boston, April 1992 – May 1994 (2 years 2 months) Melbourne Area, Australia

Consultant, Strategy & Marketing Group Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, February 1988 – February 1992 (4 years 1 month) Sydney

There is also a very good interview on Lateline Business, see http://www.abc.net.au/lateline/business/items/201111/s3365210.htm
