lol did the same thing shorting at 7.05 yesterday. The sudden jump from 7.10 to 7.16 was casued by a yank buying, but today is obviously from fund managers.

Its quite stupid the gradient that BLD has risen on, but I am predicting a decline in international and AU markets so I will hold shorts for now, but yea bit of a bitch.

Obviously its rise is from the elemination of taxes in NSW but of the proeprty market is in a downturn I find it hard to see how its going to make a significant change to BLD's earnings from what the where a few weeks ago.
