In my opinion it's not a good deal for shareholders just kicking the can up the road! Lnc receives hardly anything upfront except a promise in the future of perhaps 500m in royalties? Wonder if Adani will be producing before this mob? I'd say not within the foreseeable future so why sell for a pittance ? Only winners in this transaction are the new owners of lincs coal assets not the shareholders of LNC
