!!!!...dusters....consistent selling down...all equals lack of confidence..which someone may want to achieve..to which may just equal...t/o...time...if ever it was to happen...will be very shortly....and come up with a reasonable offer...many may take...as it's 60 cents lower in what 3 months?? or 2 months??..so they've managed to gain that for any offer....otherwise...what else could it be???
