    I think it's fair to say that Todd is a clever bunch and won't do business moves recklessly.

    Now, with that, I wonder what is Todd trying to achieve with this 1.3c offer? I'm sure they knew before hand that the chance of success is very small..

    Let's pretend for this exercise that they are not dumb for a second.
