re: golden eagle royalty -crow/ thomas.gregg you'll never know unless you read the terms of the agreement. Seeing this has never been disclosed, does it really exist on paper?
I note that today's report to the ASX revealing the royalty was by Commsecure and not WTE. What can we read into that?
WTE never recognised the royalty? Commsecure had to do its own thing to bring the hidden liability out into the open so it would be a recognised liability on WTE?
That is the most important feature of this debacle - it was Commsecure that brought it out into the open.
Would WTE have told us? Well, they kept quiet for 5 years,lol. And commsecure obviously wanted recognition before things go too far...........
