I am not too concerned about the share dilution, I think once the drilling takes place the share price will reflect accordingly.
At some stage there will have to be a stock consolidation for sure, the main thing for me is they have the money to go forward with drilling and have a licnese. Cardinal market cap grew after drilling and they managed to attract some large institutional funding.
