I am also a shareholder of both. As per the GLF announcement there is a JV with Cassius Mining Limited. The JV is for land near CDVs ground, if you look at the maps it is in-between the Shanxie mine and CDVs one. Look closely at the map and there is an option to buy the rest of the land around the first JV area.
The Gbane project that GLF has the JV with is the same size of CDV's Namdini project.
