Hi Anka, my feelings on share increase are the following.
They just dropped approx. $4.5 mil. into the bank account from holding in Acap. They had approx. $1 mil in there so now holding approx. 5.5 in cash.
The company has no lendings and bugger all debt.

They applied a while ago for mining areas in Botswana and you would think that with the way Acap is going and the area knowledge that Volpe(Man.Director) has of Botswana including some significant proven history of the ground over there, should be very worth while in exploration for Cardia. This is not a given yet though.

They are in the water cleaning business and although it was only 100K of sales recently I can confirm that the company is very busy with the water business with many areas of govt. and private industry seeking solutions to the evergrowing water problems we face today. They have put a great deal of hard yards with the water business in China- with some minimal sales there in past so that could just be the jack in the box in the future.
You get a priority entry into Shares and Options into the soon to be floated water business if you own Cardia Shares or options.

They have shareholding in other currently operating business one of which is Dia-B and that could also be a nice money spinner for them.
This share has been down in the dregs for quite some time now(Years) and looks like it might finally start to get a move on now with some exciting times ahead hopefully.
