I think Aldi is eating their lunch. Aldi has a soln to the foot traffic problem. Pairing a daily shop with a discount variety store is genius, and hard for the Reject Shop to do anything about. Unless they strike a deal with IGA, Foodland, Metcash etc. A common enemy might make others good friends.

On a positive note, the dropping of the official cash rate hasn't lowered the aussie like it was supposed to. Just goes to show that predictions and economies are like oil and water. A higher $ will be a nice tailwind for TRS.
