Yes I agree but I was assuming that the stock write downs might be part of the reason for the higher cost of goods sold and the reduced gross margins.
Stock write downs might not be deemed abnormal for this type of business.
Just a thought because it is what I would do if I was part of the new management, which I'm definitely not!
