It is unfortunate but I am sure he would have done the due diligence and been happy with the risk v the reward. He has bought more shares in the meantime (double downed?) and also received some contractual performance issued shares since he sold to them.
I will not repeat my previous reasons circulated on this forum on why they have found themselves where they are, but the sooner they sharply change course the better off Brian Elton will be and their other shareholders. Obviously CBA is convinced their strategy will work given they recently refinanced - not that any of us should rely upon that as an indicator of sound strategy.
