Yes I just stumbled across this to on the announcement, not only do they have a s@#t load of nickel but it is near surface so I am guessing shellow open cast pits which will make mining cheap.
Add to that heap leaching the Ni and you have low OPEX so this should fall in the lower quartile of low cost producers.
Add to that CAPEX of around $15.00 a pound of Ni (ie payback 18 months) and you have a viable operation especially with the Co credits

Would be good to see recoveries of Ni from heap leaching through trials though.
