It seems we have a very active management team that is willing to diversify to add value. I think for management and holders alike the last few years have been a bit of a learning curve both in understanding the market and getting acceptance from the retirement segment. Value has been continually added from incremental rent increases as well as higher margins on sales. 200 contracted/deposited already for this year is a good start. My earlier post re a price target of $4.20 now looks conservative and the next few years should show excellent growth. It should soon be a contender for ASX 200 inclusion.
