You sound very confused, and poorly researched.
1)CVN has LONG been a day traders (and weektraders) stock, nothing new. In fact hopefully becoming less so.
2)You don't need to stay long term, just because your weektrade didn't turn out the way you hoped.
3)Hanging out for the next announcement, but too lazy to do any research. You truly sound like a failed daytrader.
4) You"ll never make money with such a confused, ill-disciplined attitude. If you bought on the "news anticipation" spike, then losing 20 grand shouldn't suprise you.
Easier to predict the medium term (6 to 24 month) story, than to more than guess the next announcement.
