Market cap is not a direct function of NPAT or EBIT
To understand the value to shareholders would it be better to look at earnings per share and give that the ratio of say 10.
If this is done through dilution, how many shares to pay for 40% of $500 Million refinery cost? Toolate at night for me, and we still dont understand how it will all be done.
