    Im a novice to CVI. Have thus far seen it as many non-holders have here on HC.

    But the announcement is pretty good.

    Sure, its a bit mumbly jumbly. But an insto buying 75mn at 22 or 23 (forgot) is very good.

    They usually get 20% disocunts. Yet theyre taking a premium.

    Thats very clear imo. Clear as day.

    Shows some institutional confidence.

    I will buy when all you pss weak traders have sold
