IMO CVI have brilliantly pulled off an enormously difficult financial coup, and subsequently made the formal announcement,not just as it concerns HC posters - but a formal announcement for the benefit of all shareholders, the ASX, ASIC - and the varied fund managers, broker analysts, financial journos, etc. who will be analyzing this thoroughly and giving their opinions on it soon enough.

I hardly think they would put their company, or their executives, into a possibly invidious position of becoming a sure-fire laughing stock, and subsequently the object of resultant ridicule and entire loss of credibility, if they weren't sure the deal was secure prior to issuing such a srious and detailed official announcement.
