T4P and rest of genuine holders thanks. I don't often write on HC for fear of being abused. I was taken by surprise as I was not expecting the announcement to be as good as this. For a small company that had nothing to manage $1.1B funding is astonishing and should not be taken lightly. MS and the team have put this deal together extremely well. Whilst some here might be complaining that we are giving the assets away - think again. This places CVI in a position to be able to develop projects with funding in place.

I am happy to be a CVI shareholder.
