Point E I think could be tied in with the details around the onshore Kwanza... MS said that CVI was going to be doing the assaying of the onshore fields before making them available to know what they're worth and this could be an expansion of what they had agreed with the government on there.
Point J though has me thinking... what do the Angolans (as a nation) want out of this? My take is that they want financial and sovereign independence. So, could this means shipping for oil? A setup of a secondary oil industry (plastics etc)?
Very interesting times!
The announcements from CVI are certainly a lot different to any other companies - even when they are confirming potential blue sky news, they add even more blue sky news into the mix!
