The issue involving SDL appears to becoming a more common occurrence in Africa as CCP looks to take advantage of allegedly corrupt individual government officials. See example below. To me this is a short term gain for some individuals and long term pain for the whole of the country. Is this yet another example of the Business Model being pushed by the Chinese Communist Party in Africa ?
