Ouch. That's a bold statement to publicly make isn't it? You're not worried about legal issues possibly brought about by such a statement? So in essence, you have solid evidence that management is behaving in an unethical manner in order to tank the share price and buy out the whole company at a pittance. Is that correct?

Who is going to take any legal action Bill? Legal action is expensive and their has to be a prospect of a return.
