The people who could take action are usually the ones being accused of criminal behaviours. You didn't know that? As you should know, in the past legal action has been taken against posters in HC.
I certainly wouldn't personally accuse the directors of any company of any sort of illegal or criminal behaviour. Your pockets must be far deeper than mine to run such a risk. If you are wealthy then you could be risking everything. Good luck and of course I hope that your actions do not draw you into any awkward situations that are better being avoided. I note that some of the directors have very very deep pockets, which for some could be a source of concern. Let's all just hope that nothing comes of this.
