what 'land issues'? This is 1st grade waste ground. Soil is useless and despite plenty rain the trees are skinny pathetic straggly things. In a couple of photos i studied a while back i couldn't see any grass. Zilch. Doubt this scrubland can support a sparrow/sq.Km. But yup... someone will probably claim it as rainforest/scared site/world heritage area. NT and Fed govts have to get serious re getting Australia moving again. Everydamnthing takes years just to plough thru paperwork. Farmers here and overseas deserve cheaper fertiliser. Just do it!!
