The purchase price is $2m cash and the issue of 3m fully paid MAK shares. They'll be selling after they come out of escrow IMO in July 2009. Be careful.
Also, ABC local radio this morning in Perth had a WES director talking about fertiliser prices - 09/10 prices looks very poor.
