This is actually not that strange for this stock if you've been following it for a while. Usually before an announcement comes the big hitters withdrawal all their big sell orders and bot activity which was previously artificially holding the price down, announcement comes out which everyone sees as a good sell opportunity (for some reason). Bots and sell orders then restart again driving the price back down ready for it all to happen again!
Only thing is now that we are getting more regular news flow the cycles are becoming shorter and shorter and it's getting harder to hold the price down.
