i am a holder of rmi and i rarely post on hot copper.
But even if rmi were forced to sell their land, as they could not find a JV to generate more cash, one would think that they would get a minimum of $50 million for the deposit.
that is still 60% above what the current market cap is, which is a good return in my books.
this does not take into account their other projects either.
i have provided calculations, not just ramping, can you please argue logically as to what is wrong with this theory rather than just down ramping?
