well it sounds like wow has rolled out another mess in their rewards program.
Trying very hard to be slighty optimistic wow and qan are still in negotiations,unless it has been cancelled.But imo if wow had half a brain they would maintain some type of agreement with qan eg but far less expensive eg wow vouchers would cost customers far more points which has happened already but maybe increase points cost again .Because imo the nab visa,qan,wow not bad but wow imo has plenty of potential to grow by itself under good management just like flybuys.
ps imo in five years wow and wes will have changed the banking industry and imo loyalty programs will be an essential part of the business model.

Imo i'm waiting for wes to pull a rabbit out of the hat with some type of aquisition of a finance business such as suncorp banking (only) amp banking whatever or works with the banks or a bank and joins all the dots so the full potential of the customer bases and networks can be released as they establish their presence in banking.
It is interesting murray is talking about wes ana wow using their cash flows to finance lending eg alibaba china or similar but apple lends its savings eg suggested aust govt maybe a customer,and at what stage will apple use these savings to finance its applepay pay customers.
