Terry- could you point me in the right direction to check your numbers please. The annual report lists the CEO's base salary as $400k a year and I can't find any mention of free shares. I think they do get allocated some free options under ESOP but they have to pay the exercise price to get the shares. Those of us who were shareholders did get to vote on the remuneration policy back in 2015 ad it was adopted with a 90% YES vote.
