What's interesting about the Abiomed acquisition is that there is a sweetener for shareholders. In addition to the price they were offered per share, Abiomed shareholders get a non-tradeable contingent value right that will pay them an additional amount up to about 9% of the value they got for their shares if certain commercial and clinical milestones are achieved.

Anteris should increase in market cap by at least double every year now for the next five or six years so no expectation that the board would entertain anything below $20b now and increasing as milestones are past.
