while I respect this view I hope it doesn't go down this path, reason being the obvious dilution over a long time frame.
Wayne has to plan for this and may over time execute this however, like Jerome Powell keeps telling the market continuously "this is my plan " well Wayne's primary plan is "Get down the Approvals road as far as possible adding value for the highest valued buyout offer from one of the incumbents.
Trying to develop another Cochlear is quite possible but the cost will dilute your investment into the weeds. Just my thoughts
