Hi Platinum,
all good, just my thoughts and forsure we could get there over time but for me it is time line risk .
Going forward cost of borrowing is rising, a credit crunch is in play so these things will, I feel slow things down ( risk) with more CR's to keep the doors open , you have been here for a long time you know what I mean.
Sure we will go it alone if required and sure it might be lazy to sell early, either way I feel now as against say 2 years ago we have options, and at least today you can have a conversation without the utter crap that went on then .
