    WPG expects mine approval in July

    Iron-ore developer WPG Resources says it expects the mining regulator to approve its mining and rehabilitation plan (MARP) for the Peculiar Knob project in South Australia in July.

    WPG said in a market update it was continuing to meet with the mining regulator to discuss conditions of approval for the MARP.

    Deutsche Bank has extended project development finance until July 31.
