Cheers yaqona, it certainly doesn't seem as cut and dried as you say. 60% of a field is a big difference to 60% of the company. I will say though that the companys seeking Chinese money have to wise up and start looking for 20 and 30% investments like KZL and recently FRS so the FIRB doesn't have a reason to say no if get involved at all
