Hi all. I thought I would start a new thread so as a go to so people can see the market cap of WPI at various price points as well as how it might track SRT.
Figures are taken from most recent 3Bs, as well as director notices. Please feel free to check my figures as I may have made errors.
A few points of note.
1. When at similar market caps, MW has almost 50% greater exposure to WPI than SRT. So with this in mind, I would say that he has a greater incentive for WPI to succeed. This is important as the common view was that MW would want the best acquisition for SRT. From a personal finanical perspective, he would have a 50% greater financial benefit for the best acquisition to be on WPI!
2. WPI 5c options are out of the money and only kick in on the table after price reaches 5c.
