Actually toosoon, unless someone can correct me I think the start up date for Pluto 1 is just over 6 months away. They postponed the purchasing of long leads for Pluto 2, my guess is that they wanted to keep the cash for a fighting/emergency fund until then, After the start up they should proceed with Pluto 2. Then 3 & 4 after that. That's not to mention the other projects that have been temporarily put on hold.
My only complaint is that I have no more cash to invest with the WPL SP at bargain prices.
