Yep, I reckon 65% of posts on HC are lamentations that SPs just do not move- or else move down.
But, usually, in any given year, even in years where an SP has a good increase, most of the increase comes from just a few good days. Most days even in a bull year SPs just fluff about up and down hardly amounting to much.
If you have a conviction about a stock- have patience.
