I really can’t see how this makes sense financially,
on a script level, current shareholders will be diluting their stock in half to pay for a $20 billion portfolio
what doesn’t make sense is if they do decide to buy it, then their holding on Scarborough goes to 100%: makes absolutely no sense to me when they are struggling to sell down.
this is a farking nightmare.
I hope Meg ain’t trying to pull a hero move as part of her crowning ceremony being CEO. She have very little skin in Woodside
