Yep, not so long ago US daily rates were around 10k per day- now 85k. What would 100k infections per day in the US do for sentiment?
Meanwhile US vaccinations fell from about 3m per day to barely 0.5m per day. But increasing again just recently.
The good news is that vaccinations are making a difference- for those who have them.
Off topic? Well, since early last year the driver for most sectors has been covid. It will be for a while yet until billions of people are vaccinated.
Forgive me if I seemed to make light of the suffering of thousands in the US. It must still be horrific.
