All oilers down shortly after the market open on low volume.
Then about to the same minute- all oilers up on above average volume.
Coincidence?
If it was one group of buyers- it would make sense to wait until after the premarket auction- waiting for prices to decrease first- would be a good tactic for cheaper shares.
