Oil up over 2% overnight...WPL up 0.73% at the time of writing...I agree WPL is a risky hold or buy atm...I've got a tight stop @ 21.70 to break even because $21.56 is a major low price point, if it breaks that low it's back to $17 to $18. Good luck!
