Catalyst for WPL to take off is divestment of Scarbrough and Plout 2 for de-risk for 16B projects. For some reasons, nothing concrete is mentioned apart for "progress well" in yesterday's announcement. Hopefully, it will happen soon. I believe it will. Otherwise, there is no point to hold WPL.
