Isn't it a tad awkward for the CEO, directors, etc to acquire substantial holdings unless it's part of their sign-on or remuneration package due to insider trading laws? Even if they don't sell short term, purchasing a large parcel could be seen as trying to influence the price.The chart shows Peter had a decent holding, built up over the years he was in the chair.
