From a CEO standpoint
if their package are issued with shares in the millions $
buying on market with after tax money doesn’t make sense
any amount will be meaningless as a percentage
also Meg whilst rich in our standards. are poor compared to other CEOs
owner share holders with a larger stake, belong in the investment funds with their founders / millionaires buying on market
