The best rerating will occur if WPL does dual list and completes its third listing on the NYSE as they mentioned in the investor calls. If you look at its internationally counterparts they have diverged by significant amounts from 1 year ago (Hess Corp 70%, Inpex65%, ConocoPhillips 82%, Phillips66 17%, exxon 70%).
