Apparently that's what's happening with North Sea oil assets. About 10-15% private equity, up from 0% about 5 years ago.
Bit hard to protest when there's no AGM and website. How about a protests on the steps of CNPC, Rosneft and Aramco offices when they scoop up all the forced divestitures?
Same emissions, less transparency and accountability....What an outcome for the ESG brigade. Problems solved.
