Im a WPL fan however this trivial jump is only just recouping the last 2 days of losses (which can be well attested to just the oil price going up today)
some news such as this (albeit already knowing was coming) should have a solid 4%+ consistently throughout the day
If you compare other energy stocks they are only 1% less up than WPL and thats merely just off oil price news alone
starting the lose faith in WPL
