Can the Fed actually tighten AND raise rates? Isn’t this the tune they were playing in 2018?
TBH I’ll believe it when I see it - 7% inflation by today’s standards and 15% if calculated by 1980’s standards, yet they can’t even do a quarter point rate rise? More like they’re boxed into a corner and we’re up the Weimar without a republic.
