No outcome yet.. probably Iraq and Libya wants to dump more cos they don't have any other resources for $$.. smaller players but with big voices like UAE may also want to pump out more cos of no tourism.. Saudi increased their fuel prices locally in their country so guess they're not worried to increase the production significantly anytime soon..
