In my opinion, oIl is going to average around $110 for the year. At this level WPL will generate significant amount of free cash flows which will flow into hefty dividends.
Even if the war ends soon, the market is short on supply, which will keep upward pressure on the POO at least in 2022. Q1 usually is the time when oil inventory builds-up but this year there is going to be 1million bpd drawdown in Q1 of 2022.
In my opinion, oIl is going to average around $110 for the year....
